Who we are
Lanel Group is the Cyprus entity that manages the real estate interests of each Lanel project in Europe. The Nicosia office is responsible for supervising the good functioning of the separate entities as well as being responsible for all regulatory filings and other administrative tasks. Each company of the Group acts on a separate and independent project.
Each project is carefully selected, making sure it fulfils the Group’s required financial return, that bank finance is readily available and that construction costs are determined in advance with the goal of de-risking the project. The Group works with an established group of proven professional partners across all aspects of the Group’s activities.
